I love most vegetation and I'm not a fussy eater but I wasn't fussed. Gave them a good wash in case a cat had a wee on them in the garden, but newp. Wish I had a boatload of nettles to try soup now.

i only ate them because i was working at a greek restaurant back in the day and the old greeks were making up a bunch of stuff for an easter celebration. dandelions. lamb intestine etc. none of the young greeks would try it because they are pretty boys and queers. i was calling them fags and pussies for not trying it so i ate a bunch just to prove my point. the old greeks agreed and said " this malaka is more greek than you" to the others . i shit green for a week but it was worth it

Only offal I've disliked is boudin blanc, I love boudin noir so I didn't look up what it was...pig's anus. No thanks. It smelled as it sounds.
