This is insulting to the rest of us who dedicate countless hours researching and preparing our picks. I think we can all agree you should be disqualified from this season and possibly banned all together.

I did research for one event and did good...but I don't want to take the time to scour the records of unknown fighters...doesn't interest me unless I am betting cold hard cash
I copy pasted two of the cards so far and changed a couple fights...this time I changed nothing...and I regret nothing...I picked a horrible person to copy my homework from this week and it cost me the lead haha

If you look at it a different way it adds tactics and deception to the pics...somebody could post bad picks for the copycats...then change to their real pics right before the event and in a sense dupe the copycats into horrible pics and expose them for the lazy ass bitches they apparently are...This is the evolution of Monsters warfare

I pretty much take my cue from everyone else. If there's a major dispute, we do a poll on the question. I have also done multi-question surveys in the past.
I think everyone seeing each others posts and joking with each other right inside the forum makes it more fun, so I would avoid switching to private picks unless people are really up in arms.

A lot of people do this. But this might also be what causes some errors that points are deducted for -- like two x's on same fight. So anyone doing this should be extra careful.
There are some fight cards where the picks are more obvious, and most people end up with the same or similar picks anyway, which is one reason I don't always check. Sometimes I do my own picks starting with a blank template, and I'm still an 80-90% match to someone else's, or it's a Bellator card and 90% of the players have the exact same picks. That's why I wouldn't really worry about it unless there's a consistent problem and people start complaining.
This week I had 5 minutes to make my picks, had a busy saturday and saw Chickens reminder so I was like Uh Oh fights start early this event...so I copied some bad picks...the person I copied had the top fights picked as I would so I just used their picks on the "unknowns" as well
Inevitably there will be some copying or hedging your bets by some the leaders to ensure not giving up their lead...without private picks I don't think you can avoid this...makes the tactical deception part come into play, natural evolution of the event in a way
I actually usually do what Song said he does above in post #245 if I have time...I just scan records and change the picks to what I think may happen...but I didn't want to make picks after event started this week so I committed the crime I have been charged with
