Ive been bitching about this for 15 years... next up amazonAntitrust laws are the most ignored laws in this country.
Competitive balance is becoming a thing of the past.
Report came out. I read the beginning of it and it's pretty straight about the problems. So far from what I've read it acknowledges the position of the internet it society but doesn't go so far as to actually say it should become a public utility, and it also acknowledges monopolies, anti-competitive behavior, and a lack of cooperation in certain respects from google, Facebook, amazon, and apple.Antitrust laws are the most ignored laws in this country.

I look forward to an actual coherent review of the documents. Thank you for also producing said documents.Report came out. I read the beginning of it and it's pretty straight about the problems. It also basically says the agencies and congressional committees that are supposed to review these things regularly haven't been doing their jobs and need to step it up, and that Congress needs to lead the way in updating the antitrust laws - but it skirts actually accusing anyone of corruption, which is a shame imo.
But it's 450 pages, so there's probably good stuff I haven't gotten to yet.
So far, it's a pleasant surprise, much more matter of fact than I expected, but I still need to read the conclusions and recommendations to really judge it.
It shouldn't be up to the government to maintain competition, commie.Antitrust laws are the most ignored laws in this country.

So do away with Monopoly laws? I mean, they are largely being ignored anyway so who gives a fuck, right? It shouldn't be up to the government to maintain competition, commie.
There's a few currently talking about this in the Molyneux banned thread FYI.These guys are getting grilled. Highly entertaining.
I'm taking a break. Get back to you next week.So do away with Monopoly laws? I mean, they are largely being ignored anyway so who gives a fuck, right?
Monopolies are incredibly dangerous.
