Spanberger is right. She almost lost to a tool of a human, but a solid conservative. And holy shit did they spend a ton of money attacking her. I couldn't tell you a single thing that he stood for if I had to rely on just his commercials. Which is a shame because his platform would have definitely resonated. He even wants to decriminalize the pots. So while the attacks hurt her they didn't really draw more to him.

There are an additional 10 million voting eligible persons in the United States in 2020 versus 2008.

Thinking it's weird that a future candidate got more votes than an old candidate it's like the people bragging about getting the most votes ever. The population keeps growing. That's not much of an accomplishment.

I saw some people on Twitter talking about their state doing a similar thing. Apparently when you do a mail in ballot many states have a record so you can see that it was received and if it was accepted or rejected.
If there was a signature question, this could be handled by coming in and showing ID and correcting it. Or you could call and do a series of identity verification questions and verify your ballot.

No one cares if Trump says he's gonna win. It's that Trump said he already won and that if he doesn't win it's because the election was stolen. It's calling legal votes illegal votes. It's attacking Americans participating in the election instead of Dems.
