the reason Lloyd wasn't convicted as an accessory was because there was someone else in the room, and while this girl was being forcibly sodomized she couldn't definitively say if it was Lloyd or the other guy who was raping her at the same time. And the defense argued that since they were both black, and the room was dark, and she was being raped, she couldn't possibly say with any certainty if Lloyd Irvin had actually participated. The other guy had already plead guilty, so Lloyd Irvin was acquitted.
By his own testimony, he acknowledged he was willing to participate in a rape. A decade later, he wrote a half-ass apology where he apologized to everyone but the victim, about everything except the rape.
Taken in combination with the fact that two of his students were tried for rape, and their defense was funded by Lloyd Irvin, I would say that Lloyd Irvin by his own actions, statements, and associations is certainly willing to rape given the right victim and situation.
