I have no idea what the avocado one is but I am aware of the baby bump one. When she was pregnant she had a very strange habit of constantly cradling, framing, caressing her baby bump. It was constant. I remember it because my wife was pregnant at the time and we both noticed it. It was unusual. No one holds the baby bump literally every second of the day. She was clearly doing it for a reason. I don't know what but it wasn't normal and it was commented on in the press and compared to Kate who also cradled her baby bump but in the same way as every other pregnant woman would. And once you'd noticed this weird habit you couldn't unsee it. I noticed it before the press reported on it as did many other people. You would be hard pressed to find a still, let alone a moving image of her pregnant without her holding her stomach. Maybe its a mental thing and she has a condition but it was something that was unusual.
This is something she highlights as racism.
