I don't eat pizza anymore but I love it soooooooooooo much!!

Lets talk about pizza in this thread. Maybe by talking about it I will cave and eat some later.

When I went to Turkey I lived off of "pide", it's basically the Turkish version of pizza and it's the best I've ever had. It was common there to get one with sauce, cheese, and an egg. I always got just sauce and cheese because I was a vegetarian when I went there.

I also went to Poland and my ex gf that was born there told me about "zapiekanki", it's sort of like pizza but it's done with bread, fried mushrooms, cheese, and this weird spicy ketchup stuff. I ate about 3 a day.

My favorite normal pizza no doubt is a margherita pizza

Do any of you guys have a Papa Murphy's in your area? They make stuffed pizzas, but you have to take them home and cook them yourself.

The big thing is you MUST buy a pizza stone if you don't own a pizza oven like a baller:

This is a reasonable representation but don't be stupid and use a pizza cutteron your non stick pan -- get a pizza stone!

And let that shit cook enough to just barely toast those red onions.
