The billionaire is backing a study of the controversial technology called solar geoengineering.
Dimming the sun to cool a completely safe planet is not a wise move.
Who gives him the right to push such an agenda?
Lets talk about spraying a layer of chemicals in the stratosphere to block out the sun to cool the earth.
