roasted while dockingDid a couple whole chickens on my Weber Kettle rotisserie attachment. Injected both with a solution of a Spiedes marinade, apple juice, splashes of soy and Worcestershire, some spices and melted butter. I used a sweeter rub on one and a spicier savory one on the other.
So easy and turned out amazing.
