that house in texas is probably going to either lose or stay the same in value and you are going to have way shittier weather and 17000 electricity bill. property taxes in texas are probably twice the amount as they are in CA. that pasadena house will be worth 6 million bucks in 2 to 3 years if not more if some chinese native buyer buys it.

Thats Houston though

San Antonio Foothills and Texas Hill country I'll take over Pasadena's
fuckin "Gray dirt " skies (The skies are literally dirt fucking gray) cancerous
choking smog with so much traffic you literally smell gas and choke on fumes while
sitting for hours in the parking lot they call a fucking highway

Pasadena is a shit hole community of rude ass people packed like
roaches stupidly paying 3K per month for a 2 bedroom apartment and
thinking they are better then everyone else.

There is a reason Joe Rogan like so many others left this fuckin dump
and failed state.

Can't remember the last time I walked a few blocks without
seeing human feces on the sidewalk and its the same in Beverly

that is actually a picture from the DFW area when it flooded recently. if you are a millionaire like riley reid all those things you mentioned don't apply in pasadena.texas has nasty traffic too people drive like lunatics in texas on the freeway it aint no utopia neither. I think rather live in about 10 other states before texas.

I hear ya... I have lived in both

A millionaire in LA though is not getting any housing
better then someone upper middle class in Texas

And yes... Traffic, fumes, dirt gray skies, feces on sidewalks does apply
to us well to do people.

All my friends in Texas have far bigger houses then me and I out earn them 3 fold

Calling the average ass homes out here people call estates
is a joke to an actual estate in Texas

Can't wait to get the fuck outta here

What state other then Texas has similar weather to CA
without the traffic and with plenty of open spaces?

Curious cuz I'm looking

Texas Hill Country is the best I've found for low traffic
beautiful scenery, wide open spaces and nature

If you have a better locale spill the beans. lol
