It's the national anthem, and is done all over the world for games, playoffs, fights, big sporting events, or kids playoffs(in America), which this quite obviously is.

Can tell you straight up that outside of America, the national anthem is never played for kids sports or for domestic sports. If nobody is wearing their country's uniform, the anthem isn't getting played.
