Yep... We are looking at a total cost of 6 trillion plus.

So the next politician that tells me we cant afford to get poor children fed,
decent health care or my nieces relief from student loan debt I'd like

It's funny how the right always goes on about 'personal responsibility' but everyone is too afraid to lay any blame on soldiers for agreeing to kill people in senseless or immoral wars. They treat these soldiers as if they are just blameless victims like a caricature of how they think liberals treat criminals.

Don't get me wrong, I don't expect some retarded 19-year-old to make the best choices and they are definitely in part victims. But they still need to accept some responsibility.

Kudos to that guy for owning up to it.
