I probably worded that wrong but the same way that they reduce your payments if you get yearly well exams I would expect that something like that happens for this.

My father used to extol the greatest generation. He talked about eradicating polio and Americana etc.
In the last three years he's become a complete YouTube conspiracy theorist.
What's his doctor son know? Not as much as "his research".
But once the bodies started piling up at our hospital he finally acquiesced and planned to go get vaccinated.
Too late.
Today he's positive for covid.
By the demographics he's about 25% to end up in the hospital and 5% chance of death.
Sooooo now he's getting antibodies outpatient tomorrow. Hopefully It will result in keeping him out of the hospital. And also not dead.

I've had more than a year to resign myself to this sad fact. Even at this point I don't I think he realizes just how dangerous his situation is. My brother had to get him to take a home test because he was in denial that his symptoms were going to be coronavirus. Since it's a hoax and all.
