Hah! That's Leslie! He was a local legend here in Austin, and locally famous. He actually ran for mayor a few times lol. Somewhere I have a picture that me and my brother took with him down on 6th Street (the strip of bars downtown). The guy was a man of the town, used to see him around all the time. People always wanted to take pictures with him, so he started charging everyone 5 bucks. Was always wearing thongs and shit walking around. He'd go hang out on 6th street and random people would buy him drinks and food. Not a bad gig he had going!
