Its a silly game to play if you don't recognize how much more valued a Super Bowl is over a UFC title.
The long snapper also got a ring... Does that make him more successful?

Arthur was never a pro-bowler. Never an all-pro. Was (also) suspended for steroids. Never stayed healthy enough to live up to his contract in Indy and had to restructure before they cut him.

I'm not saying he was bad... Not by any means. But Jon has probably made similar money to him and is probably more well known, even if some of it is due to being a piece of shit.

Chandler... No contest. He's easily the most successful and has managed to keep his nose clean thus far. Jon may be more internationally famous than him but I'll still say that Chandler is more successful.

If Jon really wanted to be a long snapper. Then yes. That being said, your post is exactly what I'm referring to. All 3 of them are competitive. Jon is aware of his success, but he knows it's a different kind of success.

That's great - both of those are irrelevant to the question of who is more famous /successful in his field.

Jon is more famous than either of his brothers, this is not in realistic dispute.

He is also more professionally successful than either of his brothers, though Chandler is a massively successful football player.

Whether or not Jon maximised his income and got as much out of his career as he could have, is irrelevant. As it stands, Jon is a far more significant figure in the UFC than Chandler is in the NFL, and of the three brothers, Chandler and Arthur have a FAR easier time going unnoticed in public than Jon does even in the USA. Internationally? They are not even famous at all, whereas Jon is.

??
You're applying your standards. Jon doesn't see the world through your eyes. He sees a world where he's the one brother who took up MMA because the NFL wasn't going to happen for him. Sibling rivalry is a very real thing and it can leave people with big holes they don't know how to fill.

Sorry, I didn't know that you can read Jon Jones' mind.

It's just as likely that he's stoked he took up MMA because he's more arrogant and more violent than either of his brothers, and maybe he enjoys being acknowledged as the toughest man in every single room that he's in more than he would enjoy having a Superbowl ring.

When Chandler says "I have a Superbowl ring", Jon looks at him and says "that's cool, good for you. If I feel like it, I'll kill you with my bare hands right now, Mr NFL Pro Bowler, and there is nothing you can do to stop me."

There you go, I just read Jon's mind just like you did. He changed his mentality in the last ten minutes.

That's a fair point I'm obviously speculating. Granted, no more than the people who are labeling him a narcissist or a psychopath.

That being said, we know that Jon wanted to be a football player and couldn't do it. It's also laughable that he could kill either of his brothers with his bare hands.

You don’t think he could get a choke on them?

So you're saying if they fought tomorrow in a cage, Arthur Jones and Chandler Jones would defeat Jon Jones?

No, Cathy. That's not "what I'm saying".
Well you said he couldn't get them in position for a choke and that it was laughable that he could kill them with his bare hands. The only logical interpretation of these assertions is that you don't think he could beat them in a fight.

So if you do think he could beat them in a fight, then could you explain why it wouldn't be possible for him to choke them to death or continue to beat them to death after they were unconscious?

You're aware that a fight under the unified rules of martial arts and a fist fight because you're jealous of your brothers at Thanksgiving dinner aren't the same thing? Yes or yes?

So Jones could beat them in an MMA fight but he couldn't beat them in an unsanctioned street/house fight?

You're aware that Jon Jones is way more of a vicious psychopath than than his brothers are? He's already a dirty fighter who visibly gives zero fucks about his opponent's welfare. Lifting the ruleset only gives him more of an advantage.

Jon's behavior isn't unique in his family.
