It's a hard situation to read tbh. Most everything that comes out is from unnamed sources so you never know what's true, but apparently Deshaun was willing to settle the 22 civil cases on the condition that the terms were made public, which is unusual for the accused in a civil settlement. The women's attorney apparently said no.

So there's a small possibility everything that went on was consensual, but then again it's 22 women lol. That's 21 too many when going for the "consensual relations" argument.
