don't understand how guys are supposed to play at football speed and not make that 2nd Roughing penalty.
probably didn't change much, the way Ravens were moving...but I no likey.

First roughing the passer penalty was a good call.

Second one not so much.

The league needs to look into last night’s game. If they find out everything was on the level, than that’s fine, but it needs to be looked into. There is no way Miami should have won that game.
