Eddie was a genius with an electric. Deft picking, wonderful vibrato anywhere he wants, nice harmonics, switching between chording and leads. A master of getting widely varied noises from his instrument.

Imagine having a dude sitting across from you with nothing but a guitar, a few peddles and a Marshall stack just ripping this out.
Fucking unbelievable.

Most of this is solo guitar. I heard 1 overdub in the middle, and then the ending that I knew was going to be overdubbed because I've heard this song 20,000 times - but never isolated like this. Fucking nuts.

We have a few German bierhauses here. This is the music they play - sans the hand saw.
