General 2021 NFL Thread

Can’t argue that Harbaugh should shit the fuck up about running up the score. They are all being paid to play. They may be backups, but should be able to keep from being embarrassed. It’s different than running up the score against amateurs, in my opinion.

I’m not convinced about Burrow. One good (ok, one amazing) college season isn’t enough for me. I’ll admit, he has been better than i expected, but I’m not ready to give him a gold jacket yet either. The Bengals will find a way to fuck him up, even if he is able to stay upright.

I dunno about that, one great college year + a very solid rookie year + an outstanding 2nd NFL season, he looks good to me (as much as I'd like to give @Hauler shit about him).

I don’t count last year because If the injury. He’s having a great year this year, but we have seen that many times before. RG3 was great his first season too, but the league quickly figured him out. Obviously Burrow is a better thrower of the ball than RG3, but i think the league will figure him out and he we will see different numbers next year.

I’ll admit I’m often wrong about QB’s, but if i were a fan of this kid i would pray he gets out of Cincy. His best chance at being a great player would require wearing a different uniform.

Lol he played more than half his rookie year and looked pretty good. You can't just write that off cos someone rolled up on his leg.

Oh, and players like RG3 and Kaepernick had their weakness worked out when they were forced to throw from the pocket. Burrow doesn't have that weakness.
