If I'm understanding right, the CEO can buy up to 150 million shares at one cent per until August 4, 2022, regardless of actual price. Then on August 4, 2022 he has another opportunity to purchase up to 150 million more at one and a half cents. He hasn't taken a salary from the company yet.
It peaked at 4 cents around this time last year. Been a rough hold, but nothing has changed.

It happens. But that negative balance won't go away. If you end up having stocks that gain value they could snake that dollar amount by selling some of your shares.
It’s not like I have that much anyway and my balance is more than that though.
When they want your $$$ they'll take it out of another stock.
