I’ve used both the McDavid and Douglas collars, and then no collar at all when I became a man!

I wore one because I was undersized and tried to spear opponents on every single tackle...My neck was jacked for about 10 years after I stopped playing, but it has healed to normal now...Without a collar I think I would have broke it or jacked it up worse.

If you tuck your jersey over your collar some ballcarriers literally shit themselves before you even make contact
