I guess De Santis and Abbott will be off to jail then. This debate should have nothing to do with compassion and everything to do with the rule of law.

the laws are unjust and designed to supply major agribusinesses with slave labor. This debate should have nothing to do with compassion and everything to do with the rule of law.
The people themselves aren't the issue.
The introduction or manifestation of that focal point means someone is either trolling, or has been suckered into a debate of empathy.
For?I guess De Santis and Abbott will be off to jail then.
Transporting illegal immigrants is wildly illegal. It's even worse when it's across state lines. For?
the laws are unjust and designed to supply major agribusinesses with slave labor.
it is the duty of just men to resist unjust laws..
Isn't the entire legislation of "sanctuary cities" to pave the way for transportation of illegal immigrants to them?Transporting illegal immigrants is wildly illegal. It's even worse when it's across state lines.
You can go on the ICE website and easily find their "success" stories for catching coyotes. These people, in Texas, got 3 years in jail and had the vehicles used confiscated just for thinking about doing it:
Texas couple sentenced for conspiracy to transport illegal aliens
Ramon Vasallo, 48, and Marlene Vasallo, 49, both Cuban nationals, were also ordered to serve three years of supervised release following their release from prison.www.ice.gov
No.Isn't the entire legislation of "sanctuary cities" to pave the way for transportation of illegal immigrants to them?
1) I don't believe they've been engaging in human trafficking. 2) Even if they had been, it's not relevant. "They're also doing something shitty." isn't a defense. The administration has been doing it by the plane load since day one.
I didn't ask what the point was, I asked what the legislation was.No.
The point of sanctuary cities is so people know they won't be extradited by ICE. De Santis and Abbott engaged in human trafficking.
Have you read the legislative parameters of sanctuary cities?1) I don't believe they've been engaging in human trafficking. 2) Even if they had been, it's not relevant. "They're also doing something shitty." isn't a defense.
You did when you asked what they "pave the way for".I didn't ask what the point was, I asked what the legislation was.
Yes. I live in one.Have you read the legislative parameters of sanctuary cities?
You stated it when you said "but the feds do it"Regardless, don't assume my position is "well they did it so it's OK if I do", it's horseshit.
Anyone who engages in human trafficking should be charged regardless of political affiliation if this is about Rule of Law, as you claim. So now cuz a republican governor follows suit it's time to prosecute?
The way human trafficking laws are written are fucking ridiculous and they should be abolished, but again, I'm not the one who made the statement this is about Rule of Law.This is either an alarming position inline with the deepstate, or it's data deficient.
I suppose It could also be tongue in cheek, or parroting of media talking points.
So do I but didn't read it.Yes. I live in one
You didn’t show anything. You claimed with zero evidence. But keep on manyou were shown that your position was not supported by evidence, and instead of assessing your position and seeking out contradictory evidence, you held on to your belief.
that's an echo chamber.
Allowe to apologize, it didn't get passed here. Here's an article on what it entails from a city y that went through with it: Toronto declared ‘sanctuary city’ to non-status migrantsSo do I but didn't read it.
Can you post it?
They're going to make a fortune. The ambulance chasers are representing the immigants now.
Attorneys for migrant families flown to Martha’s Vineyard urge investigation into ‘political stunt’

see above. You didn’t show anything. You claimed with zero evidence. But keep on man
you said that this was about Rule of Law.That has nothing to do with the point.
Again, nothing to do with the point.
Okyou said that this was about Rule of Law.
at one point, slavery was permitted under the Rule of Law.
that doesn't make slavery a just institution.
Immigration laws are unjust, and that lack of justice is a feature of the system from the perspective of major industries that rely on undocumented labor.
I don't know who that dude is but he's 100% right. The political elite from both sides don't give a fuck about normal people.
He's one of the dudes (many would say main dude) steering the Libertarian party. 2024 could be interesting.I don't know who that dude is but he's 100% right. The political elite from both sides don't give a fuck about normal people.
