I cooked beer brats on a bed of pepperoncinis, then fished the pepperoncinis out, diced, and mixed with my sauerkraut. I experimented with mustards using maille Olde style, grey poop, spicy brown, and regular yellow. Spicy brown was the clear winner.

My own recipe for sundried tomatoes, astonishing.

And my own relish recipe:
4 large cucumbers
4 green chili's
4 cayenne peppers
4 small orange sweet peppers
1 large red pepper
1 large green pepper
1/2 large onion

Slice/chop & Brine cucumbers & onions, dry & refrigerate overnight topped w/pickling salt.

New mix, boil 2 cups water, 1 cup disilled vinegar, 1 cup apple cider vinegar w/ 1 tbs dill, 1tbs mustard seed, 1/2tsp clove, 1/2tsp allspice, 1/2 cup organic sugar, 1/4 cup pink Himalayan salt, boil with other ingredients separately for 10 minutes, add cukes & onion, boil 5 minutes.
Drain & can.
Incredible.

BBQ chicken thighs on the Weber Kettle. I marinated overnight in olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar, Italian herbs, and a bunch of jarlic. Basically a vinegarette without the salt and pepper, and I'd never put jarlic into a salad dressing. Before hitting the grill I dusted with The Gospel. Oozed indirect for 45 minutes then crisped up the skin directly over the coals.
