This happened today. Everything was in order. All work on the site was done with their proper permits, and was approved and monitored by geotechnical and engineering consultants.
i have a coworker who is about to lose their house . their mortgage went from 2000 a month to over 5000
That's brutal. Assume they have an adjustable rate mortgage?
To be fair, anyone with a basic understanding of economics knows that variables should never result in the borrower coming out ahead. Either way, I feel really badly for those people that got fleeced.

our city spent 22 mil to buy the railroad tracks from CN and spent 8 mil turn them in to a rail trail for cyclists .it is now called the homeless highway and is used by the drug addicts to break in to all the industrial yards alone the way . this is the NDP in action . 5 years ago we had 300 homeless . they built 5 apartment buildings where they could smoke crack in peace ...problem solved right ? now we have 5 apartment buildings full of drug addicts, a homesless camp that keeps on growing exponentially and they are starting to build 2 separate shanty towns of "tiny home" cuck sheds for them to live in . it is homeless heaven here . this country is circling the drain faster every day

oddly enough weed is legal, hard drugs are legal but the mushroom dispensary downtown has been raided 3x in the last 2 months
