While it is widely thought that he won't be sentenced to jail time, it is an interesting note that sentencing is scheduled for July 11th and the Republican National Convention is scheduled for July 15th through the 18th. If he's jailed for one week, he would not be able to attend.
It'll be interesting to see if the Democratically controlled AG and judges in NY have the balls to try to pull something there. I think it would blow back on them.
