No. Diversity is not our “strength”. Not diversity of culture anyway.
I work for a state government & have over 100 supervisors “drop files” on a “diversity hire” who only recently was placed on a disciplinary action program, that I’m not allowed to know the details of. Others, non diversity hires, have permanent files in their records for a single infraction. I’ve recorded everything and reported it to the head administrative officer, who isn’t of European descent but doesn’t seem to play by the leftist playbook.
Ive already spent thousands out of my own pocket on attorneys fees against these fucking people. It’s time others start doing what they can. Stand up against the bullshit people. I have a family to support just like you & I’m doing everything I know how to fight this crap from the inside.
I, quite literally, take every class possible to distinguish myself from the typical bureaucrat in government. I’m professional in interactions & record any non complaint interactions, as well as self reporting if I lose my temper and say something I shouldn’t. Everyone is treated the same on my shift, as it should be, with no favorites played.
Call out the incompetence & bs you see. Just make sure to watch your actions. There’s plenty of attorneys to represent you if things go sideways & you’ve documented everything. I’ve had these bastards go after me already & won. Easily I might add. Now they’re on their heels. I’m about 6-7 layers down from my governor in authority so not a policy maker. If I can fight & win, others can too. Stand up to the bullshit. It takes more than a couple voices & news clips that are easily misrepresented to win an agenda war.

I just walked out a job where they had a “director of DEI” and I had enough. I’d rather get paid twice as much to bounce with some gangsters who aren’t into that kind of bullshit. Comparing knives to guns in that context is a false equivalence.
The Southport attacker used a kitchen knife, people need those to chop up vegetables and the like. A knife ban is therefore completely impractical.
