I thought his eyes looked bad in the last dance but damn, it's worse. His liver must be barely hanging on.

I think it can be genetic, or some old black dude stuff.

But he also seems like he drinks a lot and smokes a lot...kinda chasing the dragon/high of being the baddest athlete on the planet I think.

He is also in the sun a lot, doesn't he have golfing addiction?

Something going on with his eye for sure, got the weak eye gene or something.
Father may have been living cleaner? Don't really know his story. Maybe he went hard as well?

Or could be some genetic thing, looks like the inner side lid is sucking up to the round part of the eye.

He's been a huge fan of booger sugar for decades. He used to come to Knoxville to visit one of his many illegitimate kids and Bruce Pearl, when he was coach at UT. He frequented one particular Bar/Restaurant/Club every time he came into town. One of my ex's uncles managed it. Jordan walked out on tabs almost every time he was there. Dude is a evidently an entitled asshole. Mountains of coke ran through that same establishment. It's why he was there.
