So I realize among this group this may become a loaded topic, because we’re all a bunch of somewhat juvenile types of varying ages. In other words, guys acting like guys. But I’m just curious how much immaturity you encounter like in work places and such.
I work in a place where you have to be at least 18 to apply, and most are at least a couple of years older than that. The majority are actually typically 30s and above. However, there’s a never ending stream of elementary school level behavior, especially in the bathrooms. People walk out and leave sinks running, either don’t flush the toilet or deliberately clog it and then flush it, drop shitty toilet paper on the floor (and in some occasions actually shit on the floor), piss in the commodes without raising the seats, etc.
Do any of you guys encounter this sort of thing?

Constant battle with voice levels, language, cell phone usage. Had two people spray each other with bleach because they thought it was funny, I kind of lost it over that one.

Fun banter has gotten less accepted over the years in manufacturing it’s just all business

construction was great as Long as no one got seriously hurt

today good work ethic’s is hard to find in pre 30yo. They can’t make it in every day or just make it in on time is a challenge god forbid you tell them they need to train to work on another machine that’s not my job, no dipshit you’re job is whatever is needed to get product out the door
