So educate me. What's with all the different cigars? I'd assume by now you have a favorite. Do cigar smokers not settle on a staple and just get the same thing over and over again like beer drinkers do?

Although I have about 30 bottles of different bourbons here so maybe it's like that? Interesting to taste the differences? But I do have staples that I turn to often and always keep on hand (Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare)

I’m the same way with beer. If I go to a restaurant or brewery I try different things. I have my go-tos but I hardly drink the same thing each week.

I have cigars that I will get boxes of and smoke regularly, as well as trying new ones. It’s more so I have my main cigar brands that I stick to but I’ll try their new products as well.

Pretty much this. I have staples that I’ve enjoyed for years & tend to keep on hand. Lately I’ve been trying some new things & tend to pickup 5pks of new sticks. Also like to try a few different vitolas of the same cigar as the wrapper to filler ratio will change, or like with the Somm’s, the entire blend is changed slightly so each vitola has a predetermined aspect to it.

Speaking of Somm, I’ve got a couple bundles of a box pressed LE coming & am the first person to preorder a couple boxes of the yet to be released Rioja Lancero 😎

With how little I was able to smoke cigars this year, I picked up pipe smoking in the last couple months. Absolutely filled the void and I've come to really love them. First pipe in the smoking hut. IMG_2619.jpeg

There’s been a few instances where the discount offered just wasn’t really touchable anywhere else.

The Somm purchases, I had a few in the humidor already but always deferred to other smokes. The two I had ended up being excellent. Vlad (founder of Somm) is also active on the Simply Stogies site. The LE purchases were both out of curiosity & to support an active member of the community.

Had a couple last night for that fake assed Tyson fight. Only snapped a pic of the Killer Bee. Forgot my phone when I burned the Casdagli Pony
