I cant say what the process is but this is what they should have done since day 1. Let him practice as much as he needs when it comes to passing. Focusing on all the others things to prepare for a game can wait.

they’ve been weak sealing the edge in the run game
so if they were at full strength, yeah I think they have a pretty solid defense. It’s been a patchwork quilt most of the year though.

This is what DJ saw and I agree. I dont think its beat into him to not mess up but more like he's told to play more like a traditional QB so that he gets better at it. Issue is the system around him is not good so it's harder to do that when not every thing is working together. He is off on his time sometimes because it is just him being off and other times its because his drop back and pass route concepts are not paired well so no matter what hes gonna be off schedule. Hes only developing bad habits playing like this.
Bears gotta actually get a good OC in the building so we can see what Caleb is in an actual NFL caliber offense. This year was a waste in terms of his development. This is T-Law under Urban Meyer bad in terms of a wasted year.

A few weeks back many pro-analytics accounts showed where they are lacking by arguing that Momentum is not a thing and can't be quantified. However they will argue that culture is a thing. I dont see how they can think culture is a thing but Momentum is not.
