Cinema - Ongoing Horror Thread

Have any of you seen this? It's pretty cheesy but loved it. Everything you want in a slasher movie like boobs and gruesome killings. Never heard of it until recently and watched the rest as well but this was the best one... The ending was...well...weird...

Lol, I got the girl power aspect but I liked the sci fi angle. I gotta rewatch to get that Gillis viewpoint now.

It's not great, but if you search for a term and tick the box for "search titles only" it tends to work pretty well.

Yeah, that one is getting a lot of praise from critics who have seen it. What a world we live in: a reimagining of “Godzilla” wins Oscars and a remake of “Nosferatu” is the critical darling of the Christmas movie releases the following year.

So it would seem. They’re keeping his appearance under wraps but by all accounts he’s horrific. Allegedly appropriately dressed as a nobleman from the Carpathians in the 1400s but also very obviously unmistakably dead, such that they say you can almost smell the rot. I can’t wait.

I'm definitely watching this Grillo movie.

He's in a lot of low-rent, straight-to-streaming type stuff, but he's enjoyable in almost everything he's in. He was great in this season of Tulsa King.

And his movie Boss Level is underrated AF - one of the best action movies you'll see, with one of the best soundtracks you'll ever hear. You definitely need to check it out if you haven't watched it. It's legit laugh-out-loud funny at times, too. Also has a pretty fucking stellar cast - big name actors, athletes, fighters, & more. The movie should be bigger than it is.

Plus, by all accounts I've seen & heard, Grillo is also a super-nice guy, too. A buddy of mine is an actor and recently told me that if you ever meet him and bring up boxing, he'll sit there and talk boxing with you all day long.
