Do these people really think that there is a place where doctors are given carte blanche to prescribe any treatment they want and there's no one to second guess their judgment? Here, it's the insurance companies or Medicare or the VA. In other places, it's a central government bureaucracy, but anywhere you go, there's someone with the power to deny care.

Our health system has a ton of issues, but I would wager most of the lefties who support the murder are also pro open borders. One thing that certainly isn't helping a system with scarce resources, is flooding the country with 10s of millions illegals.

These people are morons... No system in the world provides less care than socialized healthcare systems.

You can see a GP... Years to see a specialists.. You have to beg and practically suck someone's dick to get someone to prescribe you a scan.. Surgery? LOL what's that? Some mythical thing we have heard about but don't know anyone whose actually been able to get one.

30% of people without a GP... Referral needed for a specialist, zero choice in the specialist you get referred to, 6-9 month wait for first appointment with specialist, months later for first scan, 2-3 year wait list for surgery (if they don't first spend 5 years trying to manage your illness or injury with pain meds first)...

Just wait.. You think insurance is bad? You have NO fucking clue.

Just saw a story that said they can't find that this guy or anyone he is connected to was ever a customer of United Healthcare. Don't go looking for a motive for a crazy person. It's like no one could figure out what connection the Unabomaber's targets had, and when they finally caught him, he said they were just random people whose names he read in a book or saw on the news and decided to kill.

WASHINGTON (TNND) — A Florida woman has been charged after allegedly threatening a healthcare company using a phrase eerily similar to those carved into bullets used to shoot and kill UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

According to an arrest affidavit, Lakeland Police officers were contacted by the FBI Tuesday over an alleged threat made by 42-year-old Briana Boston. Boston had reportedly called BlueCross BlueShield after recent insurance claims were denied.

The phone call was recorded and given to Lakeland police by the FBI. During the call, Boston was heard saying "Delay, deny, depose. You people are next."

Those words were found carved on the bullets used to fatally shoot Thompson in New York City on Dec. 4. Since then, 26-year-old Luigi Mangione has been arrested in connection to the killing and has allegedly expressed his discontent with the healthcare industry in a manifesto.
