If you go into Sisu looking for a serious John. Wick type movie like I did, prepare to be disappointed. If you go into it thinking of it as a fun goofy war movie, it's ok I guess. I thought it was serious at first. Then something unbelievable happened and I was like, ok, that couldn't happen but let's carry on. A few more ridiculous things happen and I was like what the fuck is going on here. Then they go absolutely ridiculous by the end and I realized it wasn't meant to be taken seriously.

It tries to claim the "based on a true story" bit, but as S @scourge said about Sisu in the last comment on this thread, don't go into this expecting anything serious or sensible.

If you want to turn your brains off and watch things explode, nazis get shot and an extremely buff guy stabbing scores of people to death, this is the movie for you.

Never watched it, heard it was good, will have to put it in rotation.
Another good/great anti Nazi, Nazi movie is "Cross of Iron" (1977)w/ James Coburn, dir by Sam Peckinpah. Wildly underseen/forgotten, well worth a look.
