Goes to jail for failure to identify, you kind of have to if you are driving so that it can be verified that she has a license. The jail will fingerprint her and figure out who she is if she has a record. If not She can sit in jail until she identifies who she is.

The "it's in trust excuse" was one of the lamest excuses of all. Trusts generally flow through to the beneficiary as far as taxes and liability, sure it's considered personal property (items in a trust including real estate) but a vehicle is also personal property so that excuse doesn't hold water.
They should have arrested the 4 year old son for assault on a cop, he threw a punch at one of them. The cops were intimidated.

These sovereign citizens think they can read a pamphlet with a few cherry picked laws and they're lawyers. They basically do this to drive without spending money on insurance, license, taxes and registration. I wonder what the overall savings are in a lifetime of doing this?
