I’m pretty sure the kid was in the street and the dude in the video repeatedly said “on my street.” I would get very angry if the kid was riding on the sidewalk near other people on his bike. I still wouldn’t threaten to kill him or out my hands on him though.
if that were my kid, I would definitely go see that asshole. I’m not a bad ass by any means but that dude would catch an ass whipping even if it means pepper spraying him into incapacitation then curb stomping him.
