Doubt it'll help much but maybe up probiotic foods? Yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchee, fermented pickles, etc

Could at least offset some of the antibiotics

*some jackass with viral meningitis projectile vomited on me. Got in my eyes, ears... so nasty. We didn't know what was wrong with him, it was my last call of the shift. Woke up to 20+ messages saying I had to get to the ER ASAP and get meds after they diagnosed him.
Meds had me in bed for 5 days. That stuff is gnarly.
