Also, isn't the bulk of McD's customer base in the US mostly kids that go there before, during lunch time, and after school? It is in my area.

Yes, legally they are an adult but society is treating them like babies.
I would say that is the opposite that should happen. Treat them like adults early on so they learn that actions have consequences. Their parents should have been doing that for pretty much their entire lives, so they learn how to behave.

That said, the human brain doesn't fully develop until around age 25. I guess that might be the argument against mine, but this doesn't mean you can't learn / think prior to 25. Kids don't tend to think ahead regarding their actions, but that typically younger kids. These ones are just lazy a-holes. They should understand actions have consequences. You don't get to throw a fit, a gun, or otherwise just because you didn't get your way.

Its just a sign. If they are being banned it's cause they are committing crimes around and inside the property. Crimes that no one is willing to enforce.
