I see a couple American flags in the crowd... then I look closer and one is a half American and half Mexican flag and the other one is the US flag upside down.

Absolutely, for the most part the people who are destroying things are already a net negative on society. They most likely do not contribute anything and merely use resources for subsidies, law enforcement, court system, incarceration, etc.
