I like this. I'm about to cancel my membership to the Y (which I never use because I really don't like it) and going to just do spin class, hot yoga and hit the kbs at home. I miss lifting heavy but I just cannot bring myself to do it in the gyms i've tried here, no mojo.I'd be down. I wanna challenge myself to not lift weights, but instead use only these kettle bells I have and thai pads/bag to get in shape.
