Anyone know anything about this? Have experience with it?

Any endocrinologists here?

Yes, what do you want to know about it?
My girlfriend has it and is constantly tired. Joints ache. She gets terrible headaches. Depression. Fatigue.

She takes 125mg Levothyroxine and doctors are adamant her bloods are fine.

I found a private endocrinologist but it's going to cost me over ÂŁ300 for a consultation. Will they be able to tell me anything different with the same blood tests?

Amazing how OP uses the create thread option instead of a Google search

Well, without a full exam I can't add to things. For the most part once TSH, T3, and T4 are normalized you've treated the disease.
Are they checking all three? I dunno? Can also investigate thyroid binding globulin (TBG).
People with one autoimmune disease tend to be at higher risk of other autoimmune diseases.
A reset of thinking to investigate other causes needs to be done too.

Is this a serious answer?
Not really. There is weak evidence for high rates of flouride and hypothyroidism. Chemistry wise it makes sense, but the link remains sketchy while the benefits of fluoridated water are not.

Jury out. There are plenty of other reasons to avoid overflouridating anyways.
