Good night everyone. I'm gonna watch some more Making a Murderer. That show has me by the balls, my god. I'm on episode five right now.
My weight loss is going well, I've lost four pounds since the 1st. I started out at 195. I'm eating only chicken, raw veg salads, drinking lots of water, and two protein shakes a day. No salt!!! I'm sure a bit of that weight is water but I know what I'm doing. I'll be 175 by the end of the month. Hopefully 10% body fat as well. I should post some pics now and then on Feb 1st. I put on 20 lbs of some bad weight and muscle so this shed hopefully shows great results.
