I was pretty much addicted to the tv show ER. Watched all 15 seasons. Every medical show since has sucked.

But I'm 2 episodes in to Chicago Med and it looks promising. Fingers crossed.

I have a cousin in the Fijian Army and a friend here who was in one of our anti terror ops and they both say that they got fuck all H2H training unless it was in their own time, in the Fijian army they have a boxing gym at every barrack with a ring and most guys will heavy spar often as not doing so is seen as weak and in my mates Anti Terror team BJJ was all the rage but apparently over the last few years Judo is making a come back.

We got some basic shit in boot camp but you feel like a bad ass after haha. In the fleet we learned more but I did training on the side with the base mma team. Never used it outside of a random fight or fucking around doing hard sparing. We'd regularly settle disputes with fights. After you'd shake and it'd be over. I did an ammy armed forces pankration tourney on like a week of real training, that was fun.

It's called MCMAP, the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. It's alot of grappling, knife techniques, using different weapons for hand to hand stuff. The lower levels are a bunch of horse shit because you don't drill them enough etc. I learned more grappling on the gun line.

@Vutulaki heh, we had a h2h session a week or so into basic. Instructor asked for a volunteer I knocked him out lol I know Marcus Thoren did the same at my battalion a few years prior so it ain't that special.
