I think you meant Conor, as this is getting out of hand, true or not.Maybe BJ should start dating rousey so his charges and investigation will be swept under the already crowded UFC rug

Not unless Conor is dating Travis, I havent heard that have you?I think you meant Conor, as this is getting out of hand, true or not.
When has the UFC treated BJ like he was guilty?I hate this. This is the norm, but it should not be. The UFC has done this time and time again, but it shouldn't. This is a disturbing trend, not just in MMA, but in the US. You are innocent until proven guilty. I'm pretty sure everyone knows someone personally that has been guilty until proven innocent. If you don't, just watch Making a Murderer on Netflix.
I think we'd all agree sexual assault is a lot more serious than fighting on the street. But your point still stands.Kind of makes me wonder why they have done or said NOTHING about the Venezuelan Vixen..... where there's video and mugshots everything.
And as soon as a 5 month old allegation is made against a male fighter its like STOP THE PRESSES & STOP THE FIGHT....
Oh no, not bj specifically. Sorry, I was just rambling and it was not very clear. When has the UFC treated BJ like he was guilty?
He didn't basically clear him. He just retracted his opinion from earlier that this was more serious than people thought. The UFC had to postpone the fight. Jeremy Botter is not a real investigator. Do you expect them to read these tweets and go "well then I guess he's innocent" and drop the case? The Botter info just gives us a look into what is going on. It is not definitive, and it is not official.Ok so this Botter guy comes out and basically clears BJ just from a "talk". Yet the UFC postpones a fight and releases a statement. LOL
No worries man. There isn't a better place to ramble than here. HahaOh no, not bj specifically. Sorry, I was just rambling and it was not very clear.
No but i expect Botter to delete tweets and go, please hire me.He didn't basically clear him. He just retracted his opinion from earlier that this was more serious than people thought. When it comes to sexual assault, the time between the act and the reporting of the act is almost irrelevant. There are a multitude of reasons that things like this go unreported for months or years. It really is hard to be a female accuser in a sexual assault case. Some women decide that it isn't worth putting themselves in that situation. Perhaps the fact that they stuck around near BJ for a little after the incident could be a red flag, but passing time shouldn't be considered much as evidence of shenanigans.Yes it's more serious, but they still both fall under the UFC's "code of conduct" clause....
This one is bizarre because its long after the fact, and not sure if there's even any evidence of it unlike Miss Pena's street battlecade.
I did just want to point out that, as we've seen with the Bill Cosby case, there is a window in many states for criminal charges to be brought against the accused. When it comes to sexual assault, the time between the act and the reporting of the act is almost irrelevant. Yes, that is true. My point is more that time passing does not indicate guilt or innocence in these cases.I did just want to point out that, as we've seen with the Bill Cosby case, there is a window in many states for criminal charges to be brought against the accused.
