woww I never realized we were so close to Glory!

what's up with "Saki vs. Cavalari" though??

Cavalari is scheduled to fight Vakhitov in Glory 28 Super Fight Series - Home - which will feature two title fights outside the main broadcast. all "as a gift for our faithful Fight Pass subscribers" I guess? anyway that event is super stacked - HW title fight plus Groenhart and Sittichai who are the rightful WW and LW Glory champions IMO*

Glory 27 is a bit underwhelming especially with that all american MW tournament that's weak as hell. Jacoby and Barrett again?? they could've put homeboy Alex Pereira too then...

Levin vs. Marcus was awful the last time I really hope Levin ups his game and starts looking like a bonafide legit champion again otherwise the division looks incredibly shallow. Fight Pass people might get to see a better show with the "Joe Schilling vs. Random Guy" matchup and (posibly) some nice HW action with homeboys "Braddock" Silva and Guto Inocente.

*Sittichai has got to be the best stand up fighter in the world today imo

just last year he beat Andy Souwer, Murthel Groenhart, former Glory champ Davit Kiria by KO and by most accounts Robin van Roosmalen for the LW belt, among others.

yes, that's thee Andy Souwer; the same Groenhart who is a full blown Welterweight and outstruck Nieky Holzken by leaps and bounds recently; former Glory LW champion Davit Kiria who was made to look like a fool and got KOed with a knee to the liver; and actual LW champion van Roosmalen who really didn't land anything and was clearly the inferior fighter in the matchup:

other than that Sittichai had a 10-2 record last year and is already 2-0 in 2016 with another tournament title in Kunlun. according to wikipedia it's Kiria who will fight him in Glory 28 but Glory's own website says opponent TBD.

Is it just me or does anyone else think Glory pulled a UFC and stuck the Shilling fight on the undercard to make the undercard a little more appealing? Doing their part to boost those Fight Pass sales?

Having said that, I'm very excited for the event tonight!

They better get what they can out of him because he's Bellator bound after two fights.

best fight of the main card so far Chikadze vs. Van Nostrand. it looks ugly but Dr. Van Nostrand is one tough son of a gun.
