The way i see it is, you either get Tony Ferguson to step up and make it an interim title fight. Alvarez or Diaz can step in against Khabib. Or you say fuck it and throw the bat to Nate Diaz and let fireworks fly. Conor won't be able to make 145 on two weeks notice.

.... there was a thread on sherdog earlier about Buffer announcing Aldo as the undisputed champ when he faced Mcgregor, and many were saying Buffer actually got it right because Mcgregor's interim title wasn't legitimate.
