If he's 170 then he's way out of shape and will be winging shots early, though I give credit to Conor for taking it and giving him the extra weight.

not sure if Ariel was serious but what is the issue anyway? Vegas has gyms and won't Conor be travelling too?
EDIT: thinking now that Mcgregor has rented a house in Vegas but could be wrong

Google Maps vegas doesn't look too far from stockton, but I am from England so what do I know :D
EDIT: just used google maps to measure the distance, it's about tree fiddy

UFC should've waited on this one. The build up to the RDA fight has been anemic. A Diaz fight could have really sold but not in a week.

McGregor is a true warrior. He could have chosen to drain Nate down to 155 on short notice, but instead he said fuck it, I don't wanna fight a diminish Nate Diaz, no need to cut weight, lets do it at 170.

he never had that choice, lowest Nate was willing to go was 165

Conor is smart though, showing he can compete at 170 adds credibility to a future title shot in that division
