This trailer looks FRIGGIN awesome!!!!



Looks pretty dark and grim. Man, I am hyped now and this movie wasn't even on my radar!

I am a little worried because the last time I was this excited by a trailer was Godzilla and Gareth Edwards directed that movie too...

I'll watch just about anything tied into Star Wars. I'm not as invested in this as the episode titles so I won't be crushed if it turns out it's not so great. It should be entertaining to say the least.

Yeah gonna watch it probably. But I'm a bit annoyed that they go back to death stars again and again. Just do something original for once.........

I understand your point but to be fair this is a prequel involving the group that stole the plans Leia had at the start of Star Wars aka A New Hope so it's relevant to involve the Death Star.

Yeah but if they are going to make some 'fillerwork' here and there, there is much more interesting stuff to do, and things to explore about the Republic, the Empire, or the Sith/Jedi.
Everybody has seen enough of the dead horse, do they really have to make a movie now about how they found the stick to beat it?
Still gonna watch it and it probably will be good, but its a little tarnish for me.

There's going to be so much prequel stuff but like the Marvel movies for every Iron man 2 we may get a Guardians of the galaxy so it's an exciting time. Seeing Donnie Yen has me excited for this , I just hope he doesn't get wasted like the guys from the Raid movie. Darth Maul fan film is beautiful, it suffers like most fan films for lack of story but it looks amazing and is well put together.

You're right.
I think the problem is that between the novelizations and the comics Marvel has out/planned to come out, they're limiting what is left for on screen.
I'm also pro Death Star so I'm biased in that regard. Lol.

Amazing casting for Mon Mothma! It's like they brought the original actress from the past to be in this movie. They look eeriely similar.

Exactly... I'm not sure where this one's going, sure it looks interesting, but no 'holy shit' yet... except maybe for Forrest Whitaker & Donnie Freakin' Yen..... yes please. Hope there are some nice surprises.

can we have explanations from those who hate Forest Whitaker, and those who love him?

I'm on the hate side, the guy thinks every scene requires you to act like you're some mystical being with more knowledge than those around you, and often reminds me of Horatio from CSI :p and of course he is half retard

I don't want to watch it! I didn't watch any trailers for Force Awakens and loved every jizz-inducing moment of that film

I'm in the same boat :)

I also didn't watch any force awakens trailers, saw it in 3D at the cinema and was very surprised at how good it was

except for Jar Jar Black Guy of course.
