Not surprised. I was surprised when I thought Miller was going to sub him early in rd 1, other than that, good performance. Wish it was longer though.
I'd call it a draw with Beniel being favored therefor climbing the rankings and getting another good match up.

I think most decision outcomes should be a draw but Beniel clearly looked like he was better, but you never know had it gone longer, but from what we all saw, Beniel should be treated like he will anyways, which is as he won(which he did).
Draw's don't have to be negative, we can all see Beniel proved himself and reward his performance "draw" against Miller with another top guy.
I'd like to see Beniel vs Nate Diaz to be honest, 5 rds or more
According to the rules of the fight Dariush won. You can't say it was a draw because they didn't finish, because that was not the rules there were fighting under. If they had those rules from the beginning, both fighters would fight different, and then there is no idea what would happen. I don't agree with that fight being a draw at all, it was a grappling clinic in the last two rounds.
You asked me my opinion, so I gave it. I know what the rules are and according to the rules, Dariush won, just as you said. In my eyes he won even though he didn't prove without a doubt he's better(which is why I say Draw), he did enough to justify climbing the ladder in my opinion.
