I made enough of this for lunch for the week. Beef & broccoli cooked in oil, garlic, ginger, scallions, and dried red pepper with a soy sauce and honey drizzle mixed up and served over rice.

Fuck this thread. I'm losing weight again for no reason other than going faster on my bike so I'm eating raw veg, salads and skinless chicken breasts with no salt.

Some of you make good stuff.

All about power-to-weight ratio my man!

(Kidding sort of, just don't take it as far as the TDF racers :))

I just made a peanut sauce that is awesome!
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or similar spicy chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Now, I'm waiting for the chicken to finish defrosting so I can make a wrap.

Half a chicken breast, butterflied, and beaten even. Seasoned w/ salt, pepper, and paparika. Raw veggies (lettuce, carrots, and cucumber) as well as some of that peanut sauce.

It came out well. Will eat again.

Garden harvest random roast night. First frost last night and expecting freezing temps tonight so went out and harvested most anything that would not survive a freeze. So, roasted peppers, tomatillos, tomatoes, garlic and beets over quinoa with some sweet & spicy jalapenos on top.

I like how Americans just call it yellow cheese or white cheese, I go to subway and they confuse the shit out of me with all these bullshit exotic names so I just point and say "The yellow one"
