George Roop is like Sean Sherk but drastically taller and skinnier with a completely different fighting style

I think Gerard Mousasi is the greatest all-around middleweight right now, and perhaps all-time.

GSP is classier than most.

Brock Lesnar is big, and red.

Jon Jones is a great fighter, but dissapointing as a person.

Stipe Miocic sounds like Popeye the sailor man mixed with Louis Armstrong.

DC likes fattening food, and will drop you on your head.

Michael Bisping is talented, but rude beyond what i would tolerate.

Chris Weidman should bar his dad from talking on the microphone.

Tyron Woodley is powerful, and very good at closing distance.

Cmac is loud, and hits hard for a little guy.

Demetrious Johnson is simply the best.

Khabib is the master of Slambo, and is disappointing when he gets injured so often.

Randa Markos is hot.

Woah. All-time? That's a lot of faith.
Is it?

Let's look at his mma record(what it should be), his skill level, age, and assume his prime is now.
I think if he wins his rematch vs. Hall, continues dominance against top competition, and we don't give belts more weight than they ought to have, he's in good shape in the minds of advanced analysts.

You can't look at what his record should be. Hall landed the spinning kick fair and square, and we operate under an agreed-upon set of standards in MMA.

Also, I am just not sure I am ready to say that Gegard is better than Anderson Silva, or that he is more well-rounded. I just think it's entirely premature, and at this point in his career I don't know if a resume as impressive as Anderson's is likely or even possible. Silva won the UFC title at 31, while Mousasi is 31 right now. I know you aren't basing this all off of record, but Anderson is one of the best MMA strikers we've seen and he is also a BJJ black belt. I respect your opinion, I just think it's a bit interesting considering one of the top 3 fighters of all time is a MW.

I can see how you misunderstood my statement.
I was referring to the Lawal and Jardine fights in regards to Mousasi's record, which at 31, should be 42-5-1, imo.
I just think Mousasi would beat any Anderson, and is better, but isn't(and won't be)recognized as such.
I think Mousasi is more well rounded, with equal mma-transferrable grappling, certainly better grappling standing, better orthodox boxing/kickboxing.
And, I think he's got at least 10 more wins in him.

I had a feeling you were speaking of decisions, which is why I mentioned the agreed upon set of rules. I have a hard time with assuming a record like that in any aspect.

That's surprising, but he is really, really good. I would personally pick top-of-his-game Anderson over Mousasi because that Anderson always found a new way to finish the fight, but Mousasi does have great grappling so I can't say for sure. I also think though Mousasi's striking is more orthodox , Anderson's explosiveness and accuracy are nearly unmatched in terms of individual MMA weapons that we have ever seen. I don't think you're crazy, but I would still personally pick Anderson, especially until Mousasi beats someone like Weidman or Rockhold.

I think I'd pay good money to hear an album of Stipe crooning standards...
